Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include your order number or proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Include clear photos so we can review the issue. If the claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Products without their original tags.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse.
  • Sale or clearance items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for another size or design, please contact us before returning it.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval after inspection of the returned item.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method or another agreed payment method, depending on how the order was paid.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Ordering the wrong size.
  • Ordering the wrong product.
  • A change of mind.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to:

  • Receiving the wrong item.
  • A manufacturing defect.
  • A damaged product.

Razvora will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for dispatch.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return procedure outlined above.
